General conditions

According to the principles of maison d'hôtes, we welcome and accommodate our guests in our own house. This enables us to be available at all times. However, maison d'hôtes are not hotels, you will not find here the same kind of services or welcome as you do in a hotel.

• Your reservation becomes firm as soon as we receive from you the 30% deposit required, following which we will send you the contract.
• Our prices include the tourist taxes.
• Our prices do not include the end of stay cleaning (the accommodation must be left in the state it was found).
• The guarantee deposit must be paid on arrival, along with the total payment for the stay.
• No credit given.
• As you place your booking, the number of people coming to stay must be given and will not be modifiable. No extra people will be able to come and stay in the accommodation (for any reason). This establishment is a holiday place.
• An inventory will be made on arrival and again after your departure.
• Guests must arrive between 4pm and 7pm, departure takes place at 13:30am at the latest.
• Guests must have respect for the quietness of the place et use it according to its purpose.
• The owners of the property decline any responsibility in case of theft or corporal dammages within the premises.
• The authorities of resolution of disputes are the ones from the place of accommodation.
• Correct dress or swimming costume required.
• Picnics are allowed at lunchtime only.
• In the evening, possibility to eat at the table d'hôtes for guest room visitors, or outside the establishment.
